Check the name on a wallet
Ask the operator whose name a wallet is registered under, before you pay it.
In live, the name check is on the beneficiary. POST /beneficiaries/{id}/verify asks the operator
whose name the wallet is registered under and compares it with the name you declared, ignoring
word order, accents and punctuation. On your own beneficiaries the answer is information: the
beneficiary stays payable whatever comes back. On a match, registered_name gives you the
operator's name to show whoever is about to send the money; on a mismatch, only its initials.
