The Customers section is Wajub's built-in CRM: every payer who transacts with you gets a profile you can search, tag, and act on, without a third-party tool.
What's on a customer profile

| Timeline | A full interaction history — every transaction, refund, and dispute tied to this customer. |
| Tags & notes | Group customers into segments and pin internal notes to a profile. |
| Status | Activate, deactivate, or block a customer with a reason — blocked customers can't complete new payments. |
| Duplicate detection | Wajub flags likely-duplicate profiles (same email/phone) so you can merge them. |
Search & bulk operations
Full-text search finds a customer instantly by name, email, or phone. Use Import to bulk-load customers from a CSV, and Export to pull your customer list into another tool.
Where customer data is used elsewhere
Customer profiles are consulted from Pocket (the customer-facing portal) and can be used to segment audiences for Push campaigns.
