Close dispute
POST /disputes/{id}/close: the same as accepting, refund included.

Dispute endpoints take a private (sk.…) or restricted key, in live and in sandbox. A public key
gets a 406.
Closing a dispute accepts it
close does exactly what accept does: you lose the dispute and the
customer is refunded. It is not a way to file a dispute away after a decision reached elsewhere.
The dispute moves to lost, and Wajub refunds the disputed amount, up to what is still refundable
on the payment. If that refund cannot be created, the call fails and the dispute stays as it was.
Three cases create no refund and still end the dispute lost: a chargeback (the payer's bank has
already returned the money), a payment already refunded in full, and a dispute in another currency
than its payment. The
dispute has to be open or under_review, otherwise the call answers 422.
